This felt toy is handmade by women artisans in Nepal, to provide income-generating jobs. The women, many of whom are formerly trafficked are trained in the ancient technique of felting and the income they earn from the sale of this product allows them to break the cycle of poverty and provide for their families.

• NOTE: These macarons were designed as child’s toys and are also great for playful kitties (but as a result are not for tough chewers).
