We’re committed to ensuring you’re fully content with your purchase at drivestation.shop. We firmly stand behind the quality of our products and offer a clear – cut refund and return process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your package to request a return or refund. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
2. Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged)
Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we take full liability. We’ll either provide a full refund or a free reshipment.
Damaged Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@drivestation.shop within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damage. We’ll immediately arrange for a refund or a replacement.
3. Customized Items
Please note that personalized/customized items are final sale, except when they arrive defective or with a printing error. In such cases, we’ll reprint and reship the item at no cost to you.
4. How to Start a Request
All return or refund requests must be started by contacting our customer support email: support@drivestation.shop.
Response Time: We’ll reply to your inquiry within 1 business day. Include your order number and the reason for the request in your email.
5. Refund Processing
Approval: Once your request is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Timeline: You’ll generally get your refund within 1 – 3 business days. Note that the exact time for the funds to show up in your account depends on your financial institution.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we cover all shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
